Adria mild ajvar is made only of peppers, without the addition of eggplants and tomatoes. Each jar is made of 16 roasted red peppers. The peppers are roasted in smaller 40-litre pots, not in large industrial pots and are peeled by hand. Adria ajvar is a real homemade ajvar made according to a recipe over 100 years old that nurtures tradition.
