Adria mild Ajvar is made only from peppers, without the addition of eggplants and tomatoes. The peppers are roasted in smaller pots of 40 liters, not in large industrial pots and are hand-peeled. Adria Ajvar is a real homemade ajvar made according to a recipe over 100 years old that preserves the tradition.

Ingredients: roasted red peppers 94%, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, acidity regulator: acetic acid. No flavors, preservatives and artificial colors. Pasteurized product. Suitable for vegetarians.
