Adria mild ajvar is made only from peppers, without the addition of eggplants and tomatoes. Peppers are roasted in smaller 40 liter containers, not in large industrial pots and are hand peeled. Adria ajvar is a true homemade ajvar made according to a recipe over 100 years old that preserves tradition.
