Adria hot ajvar is made only from peppers, without the addition of eggplant and tomatoes. Each jar is made from 16 roasted red peppers. Peppers are roasted in smaller 40-liter containers, not in large industrial pots and are hand-peeled. Adria ajvar is a real homemade ajvar made according to a recipe over 100 years old that cherishes tradition.
