Ingredients: brown sugar 31%, EGGS, WHOLE GRAIN spelt flour 17%, WHEAT flour, sunflower oil, WHEAT starch, concentrated lemon juice 1.5%, skimmed MILK powder, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, ginger 1%, emulsifier, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and sunflower lecithin, salt, flavours, apple vinegar, preservative: sorbic and citric acid. May contain SOY, HAZELNUTS and other NUTS in traces.
