Premier Cru Brut is made from 70% chardonnay and 30% pinot noir.
It is adorned with beautiful golden color and a rich and complex smell of apple, pear, lemon and subtle flowers.
Incredibly fresh taste, with black pinot giving it the complexity and power of red fruit.
Gastro recommendation: for a reception or dinner with top chicken or golden mushroom risotto.
Since 2018 a total of 25 medals won, of which we can highlight the last gold medal at the most famous world wine competition in Spain Catavinum WWSC 2021 year.
