As we have already mentioned, carob is similar to chocolate, but much healthier, so it is often used in many desserts instead of chocolate (cocoa). In that spirit, this Adria carob cookie was created, with a refined taste and a special aroma of carob.

Carob cookies Ingredients: carob 28%, WHEAT flour, EGGS, margarine (vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), water, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, acid: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; antioxidants: extract rich in tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate; flavor, color: beta carotene), sugar, orange peel, lemon peel, baking powder (raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; corn starch), EGG WHITE, cinnamon. May contain traces of NUTS and SOY. Keep in a dry and cool place. Country of origin: Croatia.
