Product description ELEM PROSECCO ALTA LANGA
A wine made 100% from Pinot Noir grapes harvested at a low degree of ripeness, but with a high potential acidity that can preserve the freshness of the primary grape aroma. Powder pink in color, intense smell with notes of red currant and rosehip and a deep and elegant taste of excellent effervescence. Excellent as an aperitif, with fish, white meats and goat cheeses. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 6-8 °c and the bottle needs to be cooled gradually, without sudden temperature changes.
