Wheat flour tortillas
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, water, stabilizer (glycerol), vegetable oils (sunflower oil), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), dextrose, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, diphosphates), salt.
Packaged in a controlled atmosphere. Store in a dry and cool place. After opening, keep in the refrigerator in a closed package and use within 3 days. Suitable for freezing. Thoroughly defrost before use. Country of origin: Spain.

Preparation suggestion: Ingredients (not included in the package): 500g chicken breasts, 2 peppers, 1 onion, 1 bag of Old El Paso Fajita seasoning, 1 jar of Old El Paso Salsa. Step 1: Cut chicken, pepper and onion into thin strips. Fry the chicken in a pan over medium heat until it becomes golden, then add the pepper, onion and Fajita seasoning. Sauté for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Step 2: Heat tortillas either in the microwave or in the oven. Microwave: poke holes in the package and heat tortillas for 35 seconds on 800 w. Open the package and separate the tortillas. Oven: Preheat oven to 140oC (or 120 oC if it has a fan). Wrap each tortilla in baking paper and heat for 10 minutes. Keep tortillas covered until ready to serve. Step 3: Serve warm tortillas with chicken and vegetables, and salsa for dipping.
