To ensure they look good even after years of use, please pay attention to the following points.
- When washing by hand, never place two or more glasses or glass objects in the sink.
- After cleaning, glass items should be placed in a dish rack to drain a little, because if they are completely wet, a kitchen towel could slip in and risk breaking.
- The glass should then be immediately polished dry to prevent water stains.
- Glass items should be carefully placed in the dishwasher at a gentle angle to allow water to drain without leaving residues. You must be careful to place the glass items so that they do not touch each other.
- High-quality glass should be washed in the dishwasher on the delicate dish program at low temperatures and with mild detergents. Avoid overdosing the detergent.
- After each washing process, the dishwasher must be opened immediately so that the heat does not damage the glass surface.
If you adhere to these basic rules, you will be able to enjoy the cleanliness and shine of your Rosenthal glasses without any restrictions.
Handmade glass will always differ from industrially produced products. One product can never be exactly the same as another. This includes, for example: small bubbles or small differences in weight. Slight irregularities are a characteristic sign of each individually handmade product.
