In order to ensure that they look good even after years of use, please pay attention to the following points.
- When washing by hand, never place two or more glasses or glass items in the sink.
- After cleaning, glass items should be put in a dish rack to drain a bit because if they are completely wet, a kitchen cloth could be pulled in and risk breakage.
- The glass should then be immediately polished until dry so there would be no water stains left.
- Glass items should be carefully placed in the dishwasher at a mild angle to allow the water to drain off without leaving residues. You must make sure to place the glass items so that they do not touch each other.
- High-quality glass should be washed in a dishwasher on the delicate program at a low temperature and with mild detergents. Avoid overdosing the detergent.
- After every wash cycle, it is necessary to immediately open the dishwasher so that the heat does not damage the glass surface.
If you follow these basic rules, you will be able to enjoy the cleanliness and shine of your Rosenthal glass items without any restrictions.
Handcrafted glass will always differ from industrially manufactured products. One product can never be the same as another. This includes, for example: small bubbles or small differences in weight. Small imperfections are the characteristic sign of an individually handcrafted product.
