To ensure they look good even after years of use, please pay attention to the following points.
- When washing by hand, never put two or more glasses or glass items in the sink.
- After cleaning, glass objects should be placed in a dish rack to drain slightly, because if they are completely wet, the kitchen cloth might get drawn in and risk breaking.
- The glass should then immediately be polished dry so as not to leave any water stains.
- Glass items should carefully be placed in the dishwasher at a gentle angle to allow the water to drain off without leaving residue. You must make sure to place glass items so that they do not touch each other.
- High-quality glass should be washed in the dishwasher on a delicate dish cycle at a low temperature and with mild detergents. Avoid overdosing the detergent.
- After every washing process, the dishwasher needs to be opened immediately so the heat does not damage the glass surface.
If you adhere to these basic rules, you will be able to enjoy the cleanliness and shine of your Rosenthal items without any restrictions.
Handcrafted glass will always differ from industrially produced items. One product can never be the same as another. This includes, for example: small bubbles or minor differences in weight. Small irregularities are a characteristic sign of an individually handcrafted product.
