In order to ensure that they look good even after years of use, please pay attention to the following points.
- When washing by hand, never put two or more glasses or glass items in the sink.
- After cleaning, glass items should be placed in the dish rack to drain a little, because if they are completely wet, a kitchen towel could tuck in and risk breaking.
- The glass should then be immediately polished to dry to prevent water spots.
- Glass items should be carefully placed in the dishwasher at a mild angle to allow water to drain without leaving debris. You have to be careful to position the glass items so that they do not touch each other.
- High-quality glass should be washed in the dishwasher on a delicate dishware program at a low temperature and with mild detergents. Avoid overdosing on detergent.
- After every washing process, the dishwasher needs to be opened immediately so that the heat does not damage the glass surface
If you adhere to these basic rules, you will be able to enjoy the cleanliness and shine of your Rosenthal items without any restrictions.
Handmade glass will always differ from industrially produced products. One product can never be the same as another. This includes, for example: small bubbles or small differences in weight. Small irregularities are a characteristic sign of an individually handmade product.
