Maintenance Instructions
Congratulations on your new Rosenthal product. We hope you will enjoy our glass products. To ensure they look good even after years of use, please pay attention to the following points.
- When washing by hand, never put two or more glasses or glass items in the sink.
- After cleaning, glass items should be placed in a dish rack to drip a little, because if they are completely wet, the kitchen towel might get pulled in and risk breaking.
- Glass should then be immediately polished dry to avoid water stains.
-Glass items should be carefully placed in the dishwasher at a slight angle to allow water to drain without leaving residues. You must be careful to position the glass items so that they do not touch each other.
- High-quality glass needs to be washed in the dishwasher on a delicate dishes programme at a low temperature and with mild detergents. Avoid overdosing on detergent.
- After each wash cycle, the dishwasher needs to be opened immediately so that the heat does not damage the glass surface
If you follow these basic rules, you will be able to enjoy the cleanliness and shine of your Rosenthal items without any restrictions.
Handmade glass will always differ from industrially produced products. One product can never be the same as another. This includes, for example: small bubbles or slight differences in weight. Minor irregularities are a characteristic sign of an individually handmade product.
