In order to ensure that they look good even after years of use, please pay attention to the following points.
- When washing by hand, never put two or more glasses or glass objects in the sink.
- After cleaning, glass items should be placed in the dish rack to drain a bit, because if they are completely wet, the dish cloth might get stuck and risk breaking.
- Glass should then be immediately polished dry to prevent water stains.
-Glass items should carefully be placed in the dishwasher at a gentle angle to allow the water to drain without leaving any residues. You need to make sure that the glass items are placed so that they do not touch each other.
- High-quality glass should be washed in the dishwasher on a delicate programme at low temperature and with gentle detergents. Avoid overdosing the detergent.
- After each washing process, the dishwasher must be opened immediately so that the heat does not damage the glass surface.
If you follow these basic rules, you will be able to enjoy the purity and shine of your Rosenthal glasses without any restrictions.
Handmade glass will always be different from industrially produced products. One product can never be the same as another. This includes, for example: small bubbles or small differences in weight. Small irregularities are a characteristic sign of an individually handmade product.
