Congratulations on your new Rosenthal product. We hope you enjoy our glass products.
In order to ensure they look good even after years of use, please pay attention to the following points.
- When washing by hand, never put two or more glasses or glass objects in the sink.
- After cleaning, glass items should be put in a dish rack to drain a bit because if they are completely wet, a kitchen towel could get sucked in and risk breaking.
- The glass should then be immediately polished dry so that water stains do not remain.
-Glass items should be carefully put in the dishwasher at a slight angle to enable the water to drain off without leaving any residues. Make sure to place the glass items so that they do not touch each other.
- High-quality glass should be washed in the dishwasher on the delicate program at a low temperature and with mild detergents. Avoid overdosing detergent.
- After every washing process, the dishwasher needs to be opened immediately so that the heat does not damage the glass surface.
If you adhere to these basic rules, you will be able to enjoy the cleanliness and shine of your Rosenthal glasses without any restrictions.
Handmade glass will always differ from industrially produced products. One product can never be the same as another. This includes, for example: small bubbles or small differences in weight. Small irregularities are a characteristic sign of an individually handmade product.
