Maintenance Instructions
Congratulations on your new Rosenthal product. We hope you will enjoy our glass products. To ensure they still look good even after years of use, please pay attention to the following points.
- When washing by hand, never put two or more glasses or glass objects in the sink.
- After cleaning, glass items should be put in a dish rack to drain a bit, as if they are completely wet, a kitchen towel could get drawn in and risk breaking.
- The glass should then immediately be polished dry so that no water stains remain.
-Glass objects need to be put into the dishwasher carefully at a slight angle to allow the water to drain without leaving residue. Be careful to place glass objects so that they do not touch each other.
- High quality glass should be washed in the dishwasher on a delicate dish program at a low temperature with mild detergents. Avoid overdosing the detergent.
- After every washing process the dishwasher needs to be opened immediately so that the heat does not damage the glass surface
If you adhere to these basic rules, you will be able to enjoy the cleanliness and sparkle of your Rosenthal glasses without any limitations.
Handmade glass will always differ from industrially produced products. One product will never be exactly the same as another. This includes, for example: small bubbles or small differences in weight. Minor irregularities are a characteristic sign of a product made by individual handcrafting.
