The superior bitter white dressing Terra del Tuono is the result of slow aging of concentrated must from white Italian grapes mixed with superior mature white wine vinegar. White balsamic dressing has a warm transparent amber color, fruity and aromatic taste due to the high quality of the grapes it is made from. It is perfect on fresh salads and steamed vegetables, and goes excellently with fresh seafood, shellfish and white meat.
