Deroni Mustard a l'Anciene contains whole grains of yellow and brown mustard giving it a rustic texture. "A l'Ancienne" means "old-fashioned", and that's because traditionally mustard was coarse-grained, not smooth. It is full of flavor and is of medium heat.
