RECIPE: Delights in a Glass
Ingredients:
BISCUIT BASE:
- 160 g McVities Digestive wholegrain biscuits
- 50 g butter
CREAM:
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 1 dl sweet cream
- 1 dl strawberry yoghurt
- 2 vanilla sugars
- strawberries
Preparation:
BISCUIT BASE:
- Crush McVities Digestive wholegrain biscuits and mix them with melted butter. Stir until the ingredients blend.
- Distribute the received biscuit and butter base into serving bowls (cups) and press at the bottom.
CREAM:
- In a bowl, whip the cream, add mascarpone cheese, strawberry yoghurt and vanilla sugar. Stir the ingredients well until you get a smooth mixture.
- Place the received cream onto the biscuit base and put fresh strawberries on top.
