RECIPE: Lindor brownies
Ingredients:
- 80 g of all-purpose flour
- 30 g of cocoa powder
- a pinch of salt
- 2 x 100 g Lindt dark chocolate 70%
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 125 g of butter (unsalted)
- 10 balls of Lindor Milk Cornet
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Lightly grease the baking dish.
- Sift the flour into a bowl and stir in the cocoa powder and salt. Set it aside.
- In another container, over low heat, melt Lindt dark chocolate 70% and butter and stir until the mixture becomes smooth and shiny. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave in a large microwavable bowl on medium heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until it becomes smooth and shiny. Set it aside.
- In a large bowl whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture gets foamy. Stir in the cooled chocolate and butter mixture, add flour, cocoa powder and salt. Then pour the mixture into the baking dish and press in Lindor Milk Cornet balls, distributing them evenly.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Leave it to cool down.
- Serve cut into squares with Lindt ice cream.
