RECIPE: Lindt Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 x 100 g Lindt dark chocolate 85%
- 200 ml vegetable cream for šlag (sweetened)
- vanilla
- rum
- 2 tablespoons of demerara sugar
- 250 ml of milk
- 6 egg yolks
- flower of salt
Preparation:
- Mix 6 yolks with 2 tablespoons of sugar until a thick mixture is obtained.
- In another dish, mix the cream for šLag with vanilla and rum to your liking, to half thickness. The more rum you put, the ice cream will be bitterer.
- In a cooking dish pour milk and put chocolate chopped into pieces and on low heat (or in steam) dissolve chocolate.
- When the chocolate has dissolved in the milk and a thick mixture has formed, slowly pour the mixture into the beaten eggs constantly mixing so eggs do not cook.
- Once the mixture completely merges with it, add half finished šlag and completely melt all ingredients.
- Put the mixture into the ice cream machine for 40 minutes, to the desired consistency and then additionally freeze it.
